Our Team

StandOut is a unique collaboration of some of the region's best consultants in the corporate citizenship arena. Consultants from Corporate Community Partnerships, LaBreche, Moss Cairns, and Professional Services Marketing Inc., have developed a packaged service solution and work together to provide a customized, time-bound, step-by-step corporate citizenship process to companies throughout the country.

Working as a team, we are able to meet our clients' broad-based corporate citizenship objectives, providing integrative expertise in all aspects of corporate citizenship program assessment, development and implementation. We can help your organization with everything from choosing how to become involved and how to best utilize your organization’s resources in creating solutions to community issues, to strategically marketing your organization’s community relations internally and externally.

Our founders are leaders in providing clients with an innovative and integrated approach to corporate citizenship. The combination of their experiences is unique; Sonia Cairns and Pat Hoven have both worked in community relations at Honeywell and continue to work with the private sector on community issues. Beth LaBreche has worked extensively on Public Relations (PR) media campaigns for Twin Cities companies involved in corporate citizenship, and Terrie Wheeler has incorporated corporate citizenship programs into communications and marketing plans for clients.
